This is a common situation where tumor and cancer may occur. We can negate free radicals by eating more antioxidants.

We should eat more substances that can reduce the oxidative damages, caused by free radicals. Common sources of anti-oxidants are plant-based foods, such as raspberries, blueberries and organic cacao. Another thing to consider is the alkalinity and acidity of our body. Our organs try to maintain the blood pH of our body at around 7.4. However, many things that we eat and drink are often under 7.0.

We stress our body by making it more acidic. It is believed that maintaining a slightly alkaline diet, especially if it is based on organic food may prevent cancer. Organic food shouldn’t contain traces of fertilizers, pesticide and other synthetic substances.

It is a good idea to eat more superfoods, which are believed to be the healthiest things in this world. Superfoods are very nutrient-dense foods and they contain more beneficial nutrients compared to standard foods. Nutrients in foods include vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, bioflavanoids and phytonutrients.
